The service was friendly, attentive, and professional, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, suitable for both a casual meal and a special occasion. The food was delicious, full of flavor, nicely presented, and made with fresh, quality ingredients. Everything was well organized and surpassed my expectations. I'll definitely return and recommend this restaurant to anyone after good food and great service.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the prices seemed fair for the service. If you like historic sites and lively areas, this spot is right in the heart of Vilnius's old capital. ❤️

The street view was lovely, and the room was spotless. We stayed two nights, and the staff were so sweet. Breakfast had loads of options and was just right. I also liked that guests could use the fitness and spa areas for free. Definitely felt worth the money.

Breakfast was generous and enjoyable each morning, and the staff were warm, professional, and quick to help. We felt safe and well looked after throughout our stay at the Imperial Hotel in Vilnius. The hotel has a calm, comfortable feel, and we left with lovely memories. We’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious stay in the city.

I normally leave a review after my stay, but after reading one particularly picky complaint, I had to say something while I'm here. I've been here six hours and this place is amazing. I was treated like an executive when I arrived, and I'm enjoying the complimentary prosecco and mini muffins as I write this. The HVAC dial took about a second and a half to set to 23C, though I spent longer checking that was the temperature I wanted. The TV took me four minutes to work out. I only had my Hulu password, and there's no Hulu, but YouTube has free videos. I don't watch much TV, though I like seeing a bit of local programming to get a feel for the TV culture. I don't drive on my European holidays, so parking isn't an issue for me. Still, you're in the old town, unless someone wants to remove a building to get closer parking. Maybe I've had different experiences before, but some people need everything spoon-fed, and some are never satisfied.
