The place is nice, but they don't look after the rooms.

Everything was fine apart from the room lighting, which was a bit dim. The bed linens were clean and the towels crisp and white. Olga at reception was wonderful: she lent me a hairdryer for all 5 days from my very first day, was quick to help, and could answer every question. I'd suggest bringing breakfast.

For a hostel price, you get a basic room with two beds, a clothes rack, a nightstand, and its own bathroom with a shower. It was clean, warm, and quiet. There's no TV, but there is Wi-Fi. If I could find a place like this at that price everywhere I work...

The staff treated me like family. They even offered me a kettle, mug, and personal shampoo. Breakfast was fantastic, and when I couldn't make the morning time, they rescheduled it to suit me. It's fantastic value for the money. I'll be back!

The bus stop is right nearby, and you can walk to the center of the Old Town. The hotel was good, and at least it had Wi-Fi, although there was no TV. There was an internal phone, but no way to call out to the city. Some comfort details were inconvenient: the switches were awkwardly placed, the bathroom sockets had no covers, and the single room socket was frayed and inconvenient. Poor contact made charging slow. I couldn't fill a kettle or bottle from the tap, and using the shower for water wasn't economical.
