We got a great price for such a good location. The room was pretty and cozy, and even had a bathtub. But traffic outside was loud, and it got far too warm overnight. My friend and I both struggled to sleep.

The staff were incredibly rude. Checking in felt like going through customs for an international flight, not arriving at a cheap hotel. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it for a relaxing stay. If negative ratings were allowed, this would be my first.

This used to be a really great place to spend time, but now it feels like all that’s left is the casino. The atmosphere isn’t healthy, with lots of people coming because of betting problems rather than just to have fun. There used to be good restaurants and more events here too, but you hardly hear about them now.

It feels too cold and isn’t kid-friendly. There’s no entrance for strollers, so you have to carry one up more than 10 stairs.
