Rehouse

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel I should warn other guests about this experience. I booked for two nights and never received check-in details. When I called, I calmly explained that I had a reservation. The owner raised her voice and said, “WE DO NOT HAVE RESERVATIONS!” I tried to clarify and was cut off with, “WE DON’T TAKE RESERVATIONS!” I offered my name and booking information, but she hung up on me. I’ve stayed in places around the world for 12 years and have never had an interaction like that. I found the owner angry, unpleasant, and unprofessional, and I don’t think she should be in this business. My booking agency contacted her too and said she was unreasonable and uncooperative. They said they would take action to remove her from their site. I lost a few hours dealing with this upsetting situation.
