The email after I booked started with “We are waiting for you,” but nobody was there. I was exhausted, had no cell service, and stood outside the locked hotel in Vilnius because the entry codes hadn’t arrived on time. A local guy helped me reach management, but their representative hung up on me. We tried four times and got hung up on each time. Expedia connected me to the same person, who finally gave us the codes so I could get in. Inside, I found dirty towels and dishes, and the bedding hadn’t been changed. I was the only customer. The next morning I spoke to someone at the cafe next door, who laughed and said I wasn’t the first guest this had happened to. Stay away from this place.
