The bus stop right across the street made getting around easy, and there’s free parking at the hotel. We only stayed one night, but were very happy with the service and the room. They also provided the information and a few extra things we needed. I’d recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was tasty, though it got a little repetitive during my 11-day stay since the menu never changed. My room was very comfortable, with a king size bed, and room service was excellent. It was cleaned daily, and towels were replaced whenever I left them on the floor.

The noise kept waking me every 15 minutes, even with earplugs. My street-facing room was dirty and smelled bad, making this the worst place I’ve stayed in my last 10 trips. How can this be a 4 star hotel? See the video to hear what it was like at 3:30 in the night.

I ended up extending my weekend stay into the week because I liked the Alzinn Hotel so much. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to relax, and both my room and the shared areas were spotless. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help with requests. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place.

Getting into the center of Luxembourg city was easy, and the hotel has free parking. I’d been unsure about breakfast after reading other reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room and bed were great, the shower was very good, and the staff were really nice. They do a good job of everything.
