For my first visit to Luxembourg, this hotel worked out really well. It’s in a very safe area, with several public transport choices and a huge shopping mall nearby. The interior and color scheme are lovely, and the rooms are clean and well kept. The breakfast buffet covers all the essentials. Beans would’ve made it perfect, but a girl can dream. The staff are so friendly and easy to talk to, probably the best hotel service I’ve had so far. For what you get, the price feels reasonable. It isn’t cheap, but it’s worth the money.

Madame Rodrigues at Reception deserves special thanks. She was welcoming, always smiling, and very helpful, and her recommendations and willingness to assist made my stay much better. The whole team was professional, courteous, and ready to help with requests. B&B Hotel Luxembourg La Cloche d'Or is clean and well maintained, with a calm, comfortable feel. The location makes it easy to get into the city while still being in a quiet area. I appreciated the experience and the team’s high standards, and would gladly recommend the hotel and return.

Our room was on the small side, but comfortable and quite adequate. It stayed very clean, and the shower was excellent. We had a minor problem with the air conditioning, and Katia, who checked us in, later helped sort it out. She was kind, professional, and very helpful. We had a pleasant stay, would recommend the hotel, and would be happy to come back.

The room was cozy and very clean, and getting around was easy with trams and buses so close. The staff were amazing. Thanks for everything to the front desk ladies working February 13 and 14! We brought our dog, and she loved it too. Nearby city parking can save you money, and it’s free after 6pm on Fridays and on weekends.

Getting to other places was easy since the bus and tram stops are so close. The hotel itself is lovely, with a spacious, comfortable room and a well-prepared breakfast selection.
