Hôtel Perrin

We booked online at the last minute while passing through, and the rooms were perfect. The hotel is nicely decorated, and breakfast was good. There was building work, but it didn’t disrupt our stay, though it made the hotel a little harder to spot. Parking is available. We’d come back.

The owner was a humorous, friendly gentleman, and we enjoyed chatting with him. The hotel’s interior felt clean and new, with a nostalgic atmosphere, perhaps from the IKEA furniture. The morning buffet was excellent, with lots of breads, jam, honey and charcuterie. Parking was a little hard to find, but we were able to park near the station, which was no problem because the hotel is close to it. Some websites and maps list the place under a different name, Hotel Carlton. I stayed here while travelling in Luxembourg and would book again on my next visit.

I accidentally left an important item in the room safe, and the team went out of their way to arrange its return. Their honesty and effort made a stressful situation much easier, and I really appreciate it. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay too. Great hotel and service, highly recommended.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, with a good breakfast. They’ll prepare omelettes or other egg dishes to suit your wishes. It’s right by the railway station, so you’re in the very center of Luxemburg. The vintage style and all the curiosities from the past scattered around are nice touches. Parking wasn’t very easy to find, at least for me. I recommend it.
