We were in the heart of Luxembourg City, within easy walking distance of the historic center, shops and restaurants. Check-in at Hôtel Simoncini was quick and informative, and we got a warm welcome. The staff clearly explained the amenities and breakfast arrangements. Our sixth-floor room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with a modern, minimalist feel. Large windows brought in lots of natural light, and we could open them for fresh air. The lobby was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a contemporary art and design character. Breakfast was better than expected for the value. We could have eggs freshly made in any style, and there was an automatic fresh orange juicer. Sparkling wine was also available, and the breakfast room had lovely exterior views. Throughout our stay, service was courteous and efficient. Housekeeping brought fresh towels surprisingly quickly when we asked. Everything from arrival to check-out ran smoothly, and we’d gladly return.

The service was good, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was very good. The location is great too, close to everything in Luxembourg City.

The hotel itself seemed pretty ordinary, but the service was the worst part. I asked the receptionist about a restaurant and the usual dinner time, got wrong information, and then they laughed in my face. If you're going to Lux, I'd pick somewhere else.

Even though I'd booked the wrong date and showed up late in the evening, the man at reception went out of his way to sort out a place for me to stay. Everyone at the front desk was warm, professional, and keen to help. The room was cozy, spotless, and well cared for, and the location was great. I had a fantastic, easy stay and would happily recommend the hotel.

Loved the art-filled feel of the hotel and the really comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and included, and the location was just right.
