A great single room, and the building was well soundproofed inside and out. Breakfast was standard. Good value overall.
One of the worst stays I've had in several years. The rooms have no air conditioning or ventilation, so to get a breeze you have to open the window and the blinds. Breakfast was really poor. There wasn't even the usual omelette for a place like this. The croissants were crunchy, and the bread just didn't taste good.
I've stayed here twice now, which says I like the hotel. It's quiet, parking is easy, and the breakfast is good and complete. The small bar also makes fantastic cappuccino. There's a nice Italian pizza restaurant within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable but fairly basic. The internet is slow, and 4G is hard to pick up. My phone connects to French networks while roaming, but data is still slow, probably because of the building's solid construction. The room key is inconvenient too: an old-fashioned key with a huge leather fob that won't fit in a pocket. You have to carry it to get back into the building after midnight, when reception is closed. The hotel is near the French border, around 20 minutes by car from Luxembourg Centre.
For two nights, I had a clean, decent room, though the single I was given was quite small. Breakfast was good, with an acceptable range of continental dishes. Coffee came only as American coffee in mugs, with no machine for cappuccino or espresso. The price and quality were average, in line with Lux standards.
