There are a few room issues: the curtains leave a gap for daylight, and depending on where your room is, you may hear some low noise from the Tram and planes. The TV is medium-sized, without internet or streaming connections. The washroom feels tight, especially sitting at the basin with the door open. The shower works well but splashes water onto the bathroom floor. Still, the room was clean and a good size, and the breakfast was amazing. The food in the Bar/Restaurant is excellent and fairly priced, with good wine, beer, and drink choices. The staff there are very friendly: Charles, Jeremy, Khalid, and Carla were great. At reception, everyone was nice, especially Mr. Tiago, who speaks several languages and is kind and professional.

The room was spacious and spotless. For the first time in a long while, I didn’t find even one dirty towel or bedsheet. It’s the little things, the welcome gifts, and the attentive service from everyone, from reception to housekeeping, that make this hotel stand out for me. It never disappoints, and I highly recommend it.

The location is handy, right by the airport and public transport into the city centre. The hotel was decent, though I found the bed sheets a bit uncomfortable. Only one elevator was working during my stay, which was a little bothersome. Three stars.

Breakfast was very good, and the location works well for airport users. I liked the clean wooden floor in the room, but the carpet in the aisle looked old and dirty.

It’s easy to get to the airport, and works well for business trips. The staff are always kind and welcoming. Rooms are fine, the showers are nice, the gym is big, and breakfast has a decent selection. The restaurant is an easy option for dinner too.
