The staff were really friendly and treated me more like a friend than a customer. Breakfast is prepared fresh and can be ordered separately. The accommodation was very clean, with enough room, a shared fridge, and a TV. It’s about a five-minute walk to the nearest supermarket and around ten minutes to the city centre, where there are plenty of restaurants and some nice bars. There’s free parking right outside the building.
Our host was amazing and went out of their way to help with anything. Cesis is a lovely little town, and Arkhouse is a beautiful, homely place to stay, with a sauna and swimming pool too. Fantastic place. Stay here!

A quiet, pleasant place.
The ground floor has a piano, a cozy chair by the fireplace, and a well-equipped living room with entertainment for different tastes. The hostess is friendly, easy to talk to, and available if you’re missing something. Rooms each have their own character, with towels, a small fan, a TV, and more provided at check-in. The hotel is well placed for walking into the city centre, with nice views along the way. Breakfast costs extra. For the price and comfort, I’d give it 10/10.
