The floor was dirty, and the bed linen was torn and musty. The shower room smelled bad and was dirty, with a sense that people smoked there regularly. The toilet bowl had urine marks and uncleaned feces. Luckily it was summer, so I could spend most of my time outside with my child.
I've been here for 12 days and feel very uncomfortable and that things are handled unethically. The kitchen isn't tidy, guests aren't allowed to invite anyone over, and the house manager's mother, who does the maintenance, treats customers harshly. She denied them showers for a week and stopped them from washing their clothes. She even allows Jay to let strangers into the apartment when the tenant is supposedly out of town. The showers and toilets are dirty, and the guests' manners are zero. I believe the SRS should investigate this hotel fully.
A good place, with spacious, comfortable rooms and good conditions.
