The chicken noodles are a must, and breakfast pancakes were delicious. They were happy to make whatever we asked for, and the bar was very generous too. It's a family-run hotel with a great host. We came from Canada and Krista, Leila, Daca treated us so well. Thanks! If we're back in Lielvārde, we'll definitely stay here again.

It was okay if all you need is a place to sleep. Even in midsummer, our room felt pretty cold. The shower doors were coming loose, and there was a cockroach hanging out by the dresser.

The service felt very unfriendly, and the price seemed far too high for the room. There was nowhere to hang clothes, the only place to sit was the bed, and there were no bedside lamps. I asked for an iron to freshen up my clothes before a wedding party, but one wasn't available. Breakfast was offered, though Booking.com listed it at €6 per person and the hotel charged €12.

The outside looked like somewhere to avoid. I found it closed for two days in a row, even though the online contact information said it was open and showed rooms available.

The way we were treated was awful. Communication was off, and there was no kindness at all. I wouldn't recommend visiting this place.
