The location worked perfectly, with everything within walking distance, and the staff were friendly and professional. I felt proud that my own Latvia could stand out for such high-quality service compared with many other countries I've visited. The bathroom was spotless and shiny, almost like new, which matters a lot to me. Even though the hotel is near the tram and the busy old town, the windows blocked outside noise really well. I usually take photos for reviews, but I was so pleased with everything that I forgot this time. Probably my first 10/10 review.

The location is ideal, but I was disappointed for a 4-star hotel. The reception looks modern, while the rooms feel plain and worn, with tired carpets, paint, and walls. The building is old, but all the floors and rooms need renovation. I liked having a coffee machine, though the other amenities didn't feel up to 4-star standard. I could hear the neighbors talking, so it wasn't quiet. Breakfast was very basic and small.

The bed was super comfortable and the staff were friendly. It's right in the heart of Riga, with easy access to the park and sights. The hotel looks a little tired and could use new carpets. There wasn't any soap in the bathroom. I'd still recommend it.

Andreas was wonderful. I had an unusual request for blocks of butter for my morning bullet coffee, and he went out of his way to get them for me. A really lovely stay, the kind of service I like at a Radisson. Thank you!

Andrejs at reception was especially friendly and helpful, and the reception was very clean and kind. The hotel is right in the heart of the city. I'll choose it again next time, and thanks as well to the management.
