I arrived to find someone else's dirty towels in the wardrobe. The room was cold, the heating didn't work, and there weren't any extra blankets. I couldn't get help from staff outside working hours, and the walls were so thin I could hear everything my neighbors said in their room.

We slept really well, thanks to the soundproofed room and blackout curtains. It was very clean, the owner was friendly, and they let us leave our bags there in the morning before check-in. The location was excellent too.

They cancelled our room two days before we were due to arrive and didn't apologize. We'd already been in touch several times in the days before about the check-in arrangements.

They cancelled at 4am on the day I was due to arrive, after I had booked. I spent the rest of the day searching for somewhere else to stay, which was stressful and ruined my trip. They had double-booked my room, but seemed not to care and were very unapologetic. Don't book here.

The rooms and other facilities were clean. Check-in hours are limited, so you need to coordinate with the owner beforehand.
