Booking.com had led me to think the shared kitchen was included, but using it costs €15. The other listed charges were €30 if you don’t arrive at the time you gave them, €25 for cleaning and changing the bed linen, €5 for a towel change, €10 for a bed linen change, €10 per night to store a bicycle in the basement, €10 per night for an additional guest using an existing bed or sofa, or €20 per night for a folding bed, which may not be available in every room. An extra set of bed linen if you don’t share a bed costs €10. They also ask for a €50 deposit, though they didn’t take one from us. The local tax was at least mentioned on Booking and is legal. I did stay here, even though the booking was under another name, as is normal around the world. Please be honest and don’t mislead people.

Flies filled the room because the windows had to be opened to clear the smell, but after they were closed for a while, the room started smelling damp again. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in my room. The room was just tolerable for the price. It got very loud from the main road, and with the room too hot to keep the windows shut, that was a problem. The shower and toilet were shared by the whole floor. Finding the front desk was difficult. The hotel details gave only a local phone number, and there was no sign showing the entrance. I had to ask a friendly local to call; once he reached the staff member, the guy came down to let us in. I suggested he be available on WhatsApp, since guests might have mobile data but no cellular service for a call. The entrance is the second door in the building’s back alley, behind the coffee shop. Parking is also in that alley and cost €10 a night during our June 2025 trip. The gate only opens by phone, so cellular service is needed. There are a few free spaces right beside the bridge. The area looked a little sketchy, but nobody bothered our old car.
