The rooms were okay, but cold, so bring a hoodie or jacket. Parking is in a dark backyard area that didn't feel safe, and you have to be careful not to damage your car. Reception only opens from 11am until 4 or 5pm, and is completely closed on weekends.

We had a spacious room and a comfortable bed, maybe a bit too soft, though that's personal. The place is well connected and okay value for money. Staff were nice and polite, and fixed our broken shower almost immediately. Reception is only open part time, but you can contact them by email. They don't make the bed, and you need to ask the day before if you want fresh towels or room cleaning.

Only stay here if you have to. The rooms are very old and in poor shape, though at least they were warm. Our room was cleaned once in seven days, and you have to ask for anything you need. We left the towels on the bathroom floor as instructed, but they sat there for three days and were replaced only after we asked. Reception hours are 11-17, outside most people's schedules. The people in the next room drank and fought until 3 am on Saturday, continuing even after the police arrived. There's no complimentary coffee, so bring your own. The car park at the back has barely eight spaces, and our toilet door wouldn't stay shut. They also charged a €14 "Tourist tax". The 3.8 stars here are misleading, so read other reviews too.

For the price, the place looks okay, but the arrival and check-in felt very unprofessional. We arrived early in the morning and couldn't even get into the hotel, so leaving luggage before sightseeing wasn't an option. Reception is closed on weekends, leaving nobody to contact about the room key or the code to enter the building. We practically got the key from a mailbox, with a note saying you have to pay a tax if you arrive while reception isn't working (lol).
