We come back here whenever we're in Riga. The location is great for getting to the attractions, but it's quieter than The Old Town. The accommodations and service are the best, and the staff are attentive and helpful. Highly recommended. Tami

This place is a scam, so be warned. They badly misrepresent the rooms they offer, then come up with penalties they can't substantiate to get money from customers. Riga has plenty of nice flats run by honest people and businesses, but this isn't one of them.

The self check-in and checkout were simple and convenient, and the staff were great. They supplied a cot for our baby and upgraded us to a larger flat after I told them a few days before arrival that another guest would be joining us. The apartment at Bearsleys Downtown was beautiful, had all the essentials, and was very well located in the city. We had a wonderful stay.

We stayed with seven others and found the booking and check-in straightforward. It was a comfortable, enjoyable stay in clean accommodation of a good standard. The location also made it easy to walk to other parts of Riga. A great base for exploring the city, and highly recommended.

The apartment was clean and as described, and the woman who greeted us was very professional and polite. We had coffee, toilet paper, washing powder, soap, shampoo and even an umbrella supplied, which was a nice touch and meant we didn't need to shop for those things straight away. The beds were great quality, though the pull-out couch wasn't. It's nicely decorated while the building is being reconstructed. The location worked well for us, a few km from the city centre but walkable, and directly across from the best coffee place I habe ever been to. It's nice, though not luxury.
