The location is unbeatable, so that’s the one star. The internet worked fine, but the apartment itself left a lot to be desired. It was dusty, the sofas were dirty and smelled bad, and the bedroom carpet was dusty too. If you have allergies, especially, avoid it. The bathroom was old and inadequate, and the hot water ran out quickly. We even had to buy a sponge before we could wash dishes and use the glasses and cutlery. The woman bringing the keys kept us waiting outside for a long time, even though we’d told her when we’d arrive. Checkout is fixed at 10:00 AM, which is a problem if your flight is at 6:00 AM. You’ll definitely lose your deposit. They also didn’t return all of ours.

We had a great stay in the hall apartment, which had a double bed, bathroom, living room with a TV and sofa, and a small kitchen. The place was clean and they gave us towels. It wasn’t cold, and there was plenty of hot water. The staff were all right. The kitchen was small, the bathroom quite old, and the wall by the stairs was badly cracked.

I had to cancel just a few hours after making the reservation because of a family emergency. When I contacted the owner to explain and ask whether any kind of refund might be possible, she brushed me off, said she didn’t believe my reason, and told me she was driving and didn’t have time to talk. I wasn’t really expecting to get my money back, and I doubt I’d caused much inconvenience by cancelling so soon, but she was rude and unwilling to discuss it. She almost sounded pleased to keep the money without having to prepare the room. That was extremely unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend having to deal with her.

The place is well located, but I wouldn't recommend it. The entrance was dirty and smelled strongly of damp, and the stairs are coming apart because of a leak. Our room was dusty, with small, old towels. The utensils, dishes, and glasses were old and broken, and under the sink there were cleaning products and dirty sponges. We also had mosquitoes. When we raised it, the manager said they don't carry malaria. We were charged a tax without warning and had to leave a cash deposit that wasn't mentioned in the reservation.
