The house is kept impressively clean, and the courtyard feels peaceful, with notably fresh air. There’s a park and a public transport stop close by. Most of the neighbours are friendly, considerate students, so the atmosphere is sociable and welcoming. It’s in what I’d call Riga’s most environmentally friendly area, and a good choice for comfortable short or long-term living without the hassles of a private rental.

We stopped in Ryga to see more of the city, and my wife and I found these lovely apartments. The rooms were tidy and clean, with new furniture and appliances, and the interior felt cozy and well equipped. Parking and Wi-Fi were up to a high standard too. The administration and staff were professional and polite. I’d recommend it for a short stay while passing through Ryga.

The landlord’s funny and really nice, and helps with whatever comes up. I’ve only been here a few months, but I’ve had a great time, especially because everything is so convenient. I’ve really enjoyed staying here.

There’s a large shopping centre nearby, and a cycle path runs right to it. The apartment was clean and nicely located, and the owner was helpful and always got back to me quickly. The top-floor rooms can get warm in summer, though the large windows and air conditioning help. You can tell a lot of care has gone into making the whole house comfortable and welcoming. A nice place to feel at home in Riga.
