I loved the old wooden windows and the place's lovely old-time atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, toaster, water boiler, and kettles, and the coffee is strong and good. Breakfast could be more filling, though, and one towel per person wasn't quite enough. The walls could use better sound insulation. There's no elevator, so staying on an upper floor means a workout going up and down the stairs. The area is generally quiet, apart from the school and children's playground across the street. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

It was easy to meet people, and everyone was so friendly. The rooms are beautiful, breakfast was amazing, and happy hour came with two free beers. For the money, the value was incredible. One of my favourite places.

A friendly guy at reception welcomed us, and the room was clean, comfortable, and just like the photos, with a really comfortable large bed. The shared kitchen had a fridge, kettle, and tea, and towels were provided. It's a calm, safe neighbourhood, about a 10-15 minute walk from the old city centre. We were really satisfied with our stay, especially for the reasonable price.

The service was kind, and the place is close to the Art Nouveau district, though the old town is a 20-minute walk away. Our room had only been given a superficial clean, and the window handle came off when we tried to open it. It's cheap, but very basic and modest for a hotel.

The guesthouse is quiet and pleasant, beside Riga's Art Nouveau area. The centre is only about a 15-minute walk away. The rooms are very spacious and breakfast is good. For a two-star hotel, it offers good accommodation.
