The shower holder was broken, so the shower head kept slipping down. The window was dirty on the inside as well as outside, and there was a water bottle behind the curtain from a previous guest, which made me think the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. It was noisy around the hotel. Service varied: the receptionist could be friendly, but at other times seemed stressed or annoyed. I can understand that, since she appeared to work long shifts with little time off. I had booked a room facing the courtyard through Agoda but wasn’t given one at check-in. The receptionist said the hotel was fully booked for several days, so it couldn’t be done. When I asked the next day, suddenly they could move me. I appreciated it, but it felt like I only got what I’d booked because I kept insisting.

The staff were so helpful and the hotel was amazing. I can’t recommend it highly enough, definitely more than five stars! Great work, everyone, and I hope to see you again soon 😃

This was my second time staying here. The rooms are great, breakfast is fab, and the staff really make an effort to help. Nothing seems like too much trouble. The location is perfect, just a two-minute walk from the airport bus stop and ten minutes on foot from the Old Town.

The Junior Suite had a really relaxing feel, and I’d definitely recommend that room. The hotel is very clean and well presented, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It’s in a very convenient location too.

It’s easy to walk to gardens, the old town, the market, and shopping centers from here, with plenty of nice cafes and restaurants close by. The railway and bus connections are convenient too. Staff were very helpful, especially Lara! The rooms were clean, and breakfast and dinner were excellent. There’s a nice bar open all hours. The shower room is a bit cramped, so it’s easy to get the toilet wet while showering, but it was fine really.
