The location and service were a complete mess for me. The owner treated foreign guests horribly and, in my experience, overcharged Indians, asking 50-60 euros a day or 280 euros per month. At 62 euros I could stay at Radisson Blu. The reception was terrible, and the owner seemed to put money above everything. I also found the service appalling, and sometimes the receptionist was doing cleaning, which was an absolute mess. There were cockroaches and bedbugs, and I saw no cleanliness standards. It felt unhealthy and unhygienic, like a place full of bugs and disease. The owner also didn’t return deposits and would find reasons to charge extra for bugs. I feel he scams Indians. If you’re Indian and visiting Latvia for the first time, I don’t recommend this place. Don’t waste your money here. There are many options on SS.LV, so look there instead. I will never stay in this dump again. Avoid this trashy hotel.

There’s no ventilation, and the place is smelly and moldy. Road noise makes it impossible to sleep from 05.00. Avoid it, even at the low price.

A decent little budget hotel in a handy area, near the town center and local shops. You can get pretty much anywhere on foot. For self check-in at the building’s main door, use the dark keypad at the bottom and tap the display first so the numbers light up.

A good spot for a Riga visit, with a few fast food places, supermarkets, and bars nearby.
