The service was friendly and efficient, and the hotel team were great. Sofia and Maria especially stood out, greeting us every morning as we headed to breakfast. Rooms were a good size, very clean, and everything worked. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was reasonable, nicely presented, and well cooked. The hotel is great, about a 15-minute walk across the river to the old town.

It's a lovely, quiet hotel, and our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast is a buffet with fruit, cereal, and several hot dishes. There's secure underground parking next door. I don't think it's part of the hotel, but guests can park there for a reasonable overnight price. The old town is about a 15 to 20-minute walk away, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Staff were friendly. Overall, recommended.

Even for just one night, it was a lovely stay. I really enjoyed the bar and the tasty breakfast. Sofia was so sweet and welcoming behind the bar, which made it even nicer. I'd recommend the place and would stay again on a trip to Riga.

There was a problem with the air conditioning in our first room, which was inconvenient, but the staff dealt with it quickly and moved us to another room. They were friendly and welcoming throughout. The location was excellent for seeing Riga and nearby sights. We had a very pleasant stay at Radisson Blu Elizabete. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a very comfortable bed. Breakfast had plenty of hot and cold choices, including fresh bread and juices. Filtered water stations on every floor were a nice extra.

We arrived before check-in time and were kindly given a room without having to wait. The staff were very polite and answered all our questions helpfully. The hotel is in a convenient area for exploring the whole city, and I highly recommend it.
