2/10
The place looks beautiful from outside, but the bedding smelled really bad and I couldn't sleep. The room also had no fresh air and was far too dark, with too few lights to feel comfortable. Unfortunately, those problems brought my rating down to one star.

The food was awesome and the service was top-notch. It’s one of the biggest guest houses I’ve visited, with a great atmosphere. If you like medieval architecture, it feels as impressive as a castle. There’s also a boat and a fairly large lake.

We had an amazing stay for a good price. The rooms were clean and spacious, the location was perfect, and the staff were really friendly.

6/10
The room didn't look like the photos, and there was a chlorine smell. There wasn't a bar, and reception was awful. The staff didn't speak English or Russian.

A beautiful old place, and the staff were very friendly.
