The hostel itself was okay. The dorms felt a bit cramped, and breakfast was good, as long as you got there before it ran out. I had a bad experience with management, though. I’m travelling by bike and, since Poste Maroc was closed when I left on a Saturday, I asked the staff to send a box of spare parts farther along my route. I offered to cover the cost and compensate them for the errand. Two weeks later it still hadn’t been shipped. Management dodged my calls, causing more delay and expense. I waited five days for a box that never arrived. It was my poor judgment to rely on them, but the hostel staff’s very poor communication made things much worse.
