We’d happily recommend this hotel for a family trip or business stay. The pool and bar area were lovely and kept clean, and the restaurant was great for lunch and dinner, with very good value. Breakfast was included and offered a good mix of Moroccan and European food. Reception staff were especially helpful. Our room was kept to a high standard and cleaned every day. It’s one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in.

The location isn’t right in the city center, though it was convenient enough for us, and the beach was a nice 15-minute walk away. What stood out most was how clean the hotel was, from our room to the common areas. The food was very good too, with a pleasant variety and fresh choices each day. The staff were genuinely warm and always willing to help. We had a very good stay and I’d gladly return.

A special thank you to Mohammed at reception, who helped us a lot. The restaurant and breakfast staff were also great. When a customer started vaping indoors at breakfast, the team quickly asked them to move outside. Well done. The staff across the hotel, and throughout the city, struck me as extremely kind and helpful. The building itself was beautiful and very clean, with impeccable architecture and decor. The only thing that needs attention is the Wi-Fi on the 4th floor, which was a bit unstable. I strongly recommend the hotel. Management, please keep recognizing the staff for their excellent work. They’re the reason we plan to return next year.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast satisfactory, and the location was great. But the room’s strong sewer smell, coming from the bathroom, was awful and made me dread returning after a day out. Hygiene was the main problem: the room, especially the bathroom, wasn’t very clean, with stains on the mirror and walls. Housekeeping came in the afternoon rather than the morning, leaving us without clean towels or toiletries. The hotel provided only soap, shampoo, and shower gel. We asked for slippers but didn’t get any, which was disappointing for a supposed five-star hotel. We were also given just one room key card for two people, which was inconvenient. Internet didn’t work in our room, so we had to use our own data. It was a disappointing stay, mainly because the cleanliness fell below the standard I expected.
