We’re a young family of four, traveling with our 2.5-year-old and 9-month-old. The Riad was kind, friendly, and very accommodating. They arranged dinner and tours and even lent us an extra stroller. It was unusually hot during our stay, at 37°C, and the AC in the large room couldn’t get it below 28°C, which made sleeping difficult. Luckily, they brought us a fan that someone had been using in the office. It was an excellent experience and a wonderful place to stay in Fez.

The building’s architecture is impressive, and the place is exceptionally tidy and welcoming. Being just outside the main shopping district gave us a peaceful break from the bustle. I’d suggest choosing a rooftop room for the panoramic views. My only concern was that it could be a little hard to reach the manager when needed. Otherwise, I’d enthusiastically recommend it.

We found this Riad affordable, well located, and served by kind staff. Our room was already heated when we arrived, and breakfast was enjoyable, with something a little different each morning. The rooftop view at sunrise was exceptional. The one hitch was communication: the manager didn’t speak English, and we don’t know the languages that most people in Fes can manage. Even so, we got by and were treated very well!

Riad Sheryne was beautiful and peaceful, close to many attractions but away from the busy areas. Mohammed and Aziza were amazing. Of all the places I’ve stayed while traveling, they were the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Highly recommend it for a trip to Fez.

The building is gorgeous, very clean, and in a great location. For the price, this is an amazing value and a genuinely lovely Riad. Mohammad and Aziza made it one of my best travel experiences. They were warm, kind, caring, and helped us with everything. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone I know visiting Fes.
