The medina outside is bustling, but Riad Amira itself was quiet and peaceful. Our room was spacious with plenty of hot water, and the staff were warm and welcoming. A great place to stay in Fes.

The team were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Food was delicious and beautifully prepared, and room service was attentive and efficient. I really appreciated the excellent service at Riad Amira Luxury and would happily recommend it.

The location in the heart of the old Medina made it easy to explore every corner on our walks. My family and I loved our stay at Amira Luxury palace. The staff were kind, polite, and helpful, and the rooms were beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was scrumptious, with something different each day. We also ordered dinner there, and the food was high quality and good. I’d recommend eating at the hotel instead of at restaurants in the old Medina. It’s family friendly, and the price is very competitive and more than reasonable for the service. I highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at the lovely, family-run Riad Amira. It’s in a great spot in the medina, and the capable staff were so helpful that no request felt like too much. We’d gladly book again.

They were super friendly and treated everyone who came through the door with the same care. The customer service was outstanding, they really went above and beyond, and it felt like a breath of fresh air. The location is right in the heart of the Madinah, so bring walking shoes and enjoy the beautiful Moroccan culture just down the alley.
