Dar Victoria

The courtyard at Dar Victoria is magnificent. Seeing it for the first time, and every time afterward, felt like walking into a fantasy world. No photo could capture it, and I can't find the words for it either. What made the stay special, though, was how the people there treated me. The host is incredibly gentle and sweet, and the cooks and cleaners were just as lovely. They welcomed and looked after me like family. It felt like a home away from home, and Dar Victoria will always have a place in my heart.

Hassan, our host, really went above and beyond and made sure everything was taken care of. He and the rest of the staff made our time in Fes amazing. The hotel is beautiful and quiet, close to the medina. Our room was spacious, the inner courtyard cosy, and the rooftop had great views. Breakfast and dinner were both great, and I'd really recommend eating dinner here.

Dar Victoria made us feel comfortable from the start. Before we arrived, they responded quickly to my questions, and once we got there Anass made us feel at home. He and his team even served breakfast early on two of our three mornings so we could make an early tour and an early flight. We hadn't expected that, and really appreciated his care and presence during our stay. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed. Our room was spacious and super cute. I can't imagine staying anywhere else!

The room was quiet and really comfortable, and the breakfasts were the best we had on our trip through Morocco. Anass and Hassan were wonderful hosts, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, and made us feel at home. And Bussi, the Riad cat, was the sweetest, always up for a cuddle. We had a great stay at Dar Victoria.
