Entire rental unit in Casablanca

We'd planned to stay 15 days and had paid for a few nights ahead, but the hotel made the trip a nightmare and we left early. The breakfast bread was stale, hygiene was worse than I'd expect at cheap motels, and strange noises came from the next room at 3 in the morning. Staff seemed not to care about guests' experience. When we spoke to the manager, he sent us to the owner, Qasim. He was incredibly weird and arrogant, and accused us of making things up to get a refund. We never asked for one, we just wanted them to control their goddamed hotel. My husband had saved so much for us to have a lovely stay in Casablanca. Hotels should understand that guests put their time, money, and trust in them. I wouldn't recommend this for families at all.

The location is very nice, and the hotel is clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

The central location and competitive price worked really well for me, and nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff. They were attentive, friendly, courteous, and made sure I was comfortable. My room was spacious and spotless, with nice décor and crisp sheets. There was a huge range of delicious food at breakfast. I had an amazing time at Unico Hotel Casablanca and can't fault it. Thanks to the staff for the awesome service. I'll definitely return.

The room was fine, and the staff were always kind, smiling, and helpful. Breakfast was more than we needed. There was water, a kettle, tea, instant coffee, TV, a working electrical plug, and Wi-Fi. The air conditioning worked, and the mattress was firm and in good condition. Everything was very clean. The hotel seems to do repairs and replacements only when absolutely necessary, without much thought for how things will hold up long term.
