A pleasant stay for the price, with a comfortable room and a nice atmosphere. The staff were welcoming, respectful, and quick to respond. They handled our requests promptly and provided everything we needed.

We paid the hotel directly for all 10 nights at check-in, which was fine, but after two nights we had to leave because the room wasn’t clean or what we expected. We cancelled the remaining booking and expected a refund for the other eight nights. The commercial told us the booking platform would refund us, even though we had paid the hotel, and said the hotel doesn’t do refunds. That didn’t make sense to us. We asked for a bill showing what we paid and how long we stayed. He gave us one, but when we asked for a stamp, he said they didn’t have one, which shocked us because he was clearly lying. We had to keep calling to speak with him. He answered once and promised to call back, but never did, so we went there in person to sort it out. I’m sad to write this about a hotel in my own city, which I love deeply for its people too. Having this happen during my holiday was a huge disappointment.

We only needed a room for a few hours between flights, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They even printed our boarding passes for free. The room seemed a little dated, but that’s reflected in the price, and the whole place was spotless. Thank you!

We stayed for a week, and the staff’s attention was amazing throughout. The interior has a slightly worn, vintage look, but breakfast was great and well priced. Cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach are all just a short walk away.
