La Citadelle de Marrakech

It felt like being at home with family. Mrs. Nadia, her husband, and Abdel Samad welcomed us so warmly, with generous hospitality and delicious Moroccan tea. The place is beautiful, with lovely furniture and Moroccan decor. Thank you so much, highly recommended 👌🏻

The garden wraps around you and seems to speak right to your soul. At night, Jawad prepares a fire, and you can reconnect with nature while watching the constellations like a light show. Nadia, Jawad, and Hinde are the kind of hosts who seem to know what you need before you do. The hospitality is so good it deserves its own encyclopedia entry. Nadia makes nutritious, delicious food every day with love and care, and the people here are simply incredible. There's room for whatever kind of day you want. If you feel like playing, someone will join you. If you'd rather read quietly by the pool with a breeze through the palms, nobody disturbs you. Have an adventure in mind? Nadia gives great advice and can practically arrange it all with a lovely team of drivers and guides. It would be easy to give them 10 stars. I know this may sound like a paid review, but after a rejuvenating week at La Citadelle, it's easy to sing their praises. Say yes to a fantastic stay. Maybe we'll see you there ;)

The setting was beautiful, with a lovely garden, a big pool, and a fireplace to warm you in the evening. The house had thoughtful details and a wonderful atmosphere, and the meals were delicious. Nadia and Jawad were such warm, welcoming people, and their advice on things to do was useful. From the citadelle, places like Ourika valley and Imlil are easy to visit. My boyfriend and I both thought it was the best place we stayed during our holiday. It would also work well for a group of friends or family.

Nadia makes delicious authentic meals and gives great ideas for excursions and visits in Marrakech. The rooms were cozy, everything was clean, and the garden and refreshing pool were wonderful. The people were amazing too. La Citadelle was a magical stay, and we'll definitely be back soon ❤
