Casa Del Senator Marrakech

We found hair on the bed, and for two people there was only one small towel and one large one. The dinner choices were limited to tajin, and sometimes there was nobody in the kitchen to prepare it. We skipped breakfast because we left around 7 every morning. At the end of December, the room got very cold at night even with the AC. There was a large gap under the door, so I had to block it with a blanket to keep the wind out. Hot water was also a problem. If you shower late, as the last person, the water from their reservoirs may be cold.

A nice, peaceful place for anyone looking for somewhere quiet. The workers were kind and the service was good. Thanks to all of them for their hard work, especially the manager. I highly recommend staying here.

We arrived to find very dirty rooms, hair, uncleaned sinks, and a nauseating smell in every bathroom. The bedding had yellow and red stains. There were no towels when we arrived, and the ones brought later were stained and not enough. The hotel complex seemed completely neglected, without serious maintenance. The tennis court was also poorly maintained, and the wifi in the rooms was very weak or absent. We stayed two nights in mid-August, when Marrakech is extremely hot, but only two of the four rooms had working air conditioning. The pool was tiny and dirty, with murky water. Breakfast was very meager, and the orange juice was watered down and not fit to drink. The staff were kind and helpful, but no resources seemed to be going toward improving this deplorable hotel.
