The hosts seemed to try to be helpful, but that was about the only positive. We waited more than three hours for dinner after ordering on arrival, and it only came after 9 p.m. After a long day walking and driving, that was no fun. The portions were ridiculously small. Breakfast was bland, with tiny servings of juice and tea and extremely watered-down coffee. Even the eggs were overcooked and dark. It felt like they were skimping on guests. The bed creaked with the slightest movement and was uncomfortable. The place is beautifully situated and has real potential, but with this attitude from the hosts, it’s best avoided.

The welcome tea when we arrived around 2 p.m. was lovely, and we had a great dinner. The host and staff gave excellent service, and breakfast with Moroccan tea and bread was good. Our room was nicely decorated and had air conditioning. The shower floor wasn’t sloped properly, so some water ran into the bedroom. We used a towel to try to stop it, but it wasn’t a big deal. Laundry and drying, which I believe was hang drying, cost 10 euro, a little high but acceptable. They folded everything politely. We had an excellent stay and would love to come back. P/S: They forgot to return my pair of black jeans, and I’d already left Morocco. I think it was an honest mistake, so I’m keeping the 5/5 rating this time. Please don’t forget for the next guests.

The terrace had a very good view, and the hotel’s proximity to Aït Benhaddou was a big plus. We arrived quite late in December, but the personnel were there to accommodate us. Our room was large, clean, and had a double bed and a single bed for our family of three. The air-condition device worked for both heat and cold. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety and delicious local products.

We had an amazing couscous dinner, and the Moroccon salad was the freshest. The staff were extremely hospitable and the service was great. This was the best place and experience we had in Morocco, with a tranquil view of the oasis and snowy mountains.

We were the only ones there, but they still made an amazing dinner and breakfast. Everything was clean, and the people were super nice.
