The rooms were nice and quiet, even though the riad is right in the middle of the old center. The place is beautiful, the staff are very friendly, and the location is great.

Jaouad made us feel especially well looked after, he was warm and caring throughout our stay. The room was cleaned daily, and dinner at the riad one evening was really good. It also felt like a quiet little home, just a few minutes from the crowded parts of the Medina. We had a wonderful stay.

We'd happily come back. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, and the staff were so helpful. There's also a rooftop for watching the sunset with a cocktail or two. This was our first stay in Marrakech, and stepping through that big wooden door into the beautiful little riad was a lovely surprise.

Breakfast was generous, freshly made, and served in the patio by the pool. With only a few rooms, the attentive service felt very personal, and the staff were thoughtful and ready to help at any time. We spent three nights at Riad al Loune, where our cosy, spotless room was beautifully decorated down to the details. We had an amazing experience and strongly recommend staying here.

We felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Zahira and Jawad deserve a special mention for going above and beyond to make our visit special, and all the staff were kind, charming, and helpful.
