The clean bathroom and balcony with a partial beach view were the good parts. But the room was disappointing, especially for the price of a one-night stay. The sheets had visible stains, the bedding was old, and the towels looked very worn. The main lights didn't work, so I had to use the lampshades. The TV was out of order, and the broken AC wall panel meant I couldn't adjust the temperature. There was also an old, dry blanket in the wardrobe that smelled awful. At check-in, the front desk staff member asked more questions than I'm used to at other hotels, though some of the other staff I met were friendly and helpful. With the room in that condition and the service as it was, the high price made it even more frustrating. I hope management improves cleanliness, maintenance, and the overall guest experience.

The breakfast was okay, the location is good, and cleanliness was below average. The staff weren't all friendly or polite. There was a nice, welcoming employee on the night shift, but I think the impolite morning-shift employee was named Doaa. I asked for an extra hour to check out, and she yelled at me and spoke rudely, like she never wanted us to come back. Book it if you can't find something else nice here.

The city centre location made it easy to get around, and the view was splendid. Everything was very clean, and the price felt very good for what you get. The employees were extremely friendly and gave great service. I’d fully recommend it.

The beach was stunning, and the scenery around the hotel was great. I also found the hotel clean, the breakfast delicious, and the staff friendly and helpful.
