The gardens were magical, almost like a fairy tale, and our children loved wandering through them. The gardeners and technicians keep the outdoor areas beautiful, while housekeeping maintained everything to absolute perfection. This hotel has real charm, character, elegance, and refinement in every detail. It feels like it has a soul. We arrived as a family and were touched by the warm smiles, professionalism, kindness, and care from everyone, from the entrance staff to reception and the rest of the team. Mr. Ait Lazrak Adil deserves special thanks for understanding what we needed and finding the perfect accommodation for our family. We felt completely at home, in a luxurious and serene way. Every meal was a pleasure, thanks to the impeccable restaurant and room service and the team's genuine care. Special thanks to Hicham, Assistant of the restaurant manager, for thoughtful touches and exceptional service, and to Mr. Amine, the restaurant manager, for his kindness and professionalism. I'm selective about what I recommend to my followers, and I rarely recommend places as highly as I do this one. It deserves recognition, and I'll gladly recommend it on Google and my personal platforms. We'll definitely be back with great pleasure. Thank you to the whole team for an outstanding family stay. ⭐️

We held our three-day wedding at Palais Namaskar, and marrying my husband there was my ultimate dream. The setting was breathtaking, but the service is what made it magical. From the moment we arrived, it felt like our second home, thanks entirely to the exceptional management and staff. Boubker, the General Manager, made the property feel like home throughout our celebration and deserves praise for his excellent, experienced team. His dedication created real warmth alongside a sense of exclusive luxury. Chef Khalid's Moroccan food was another highlight. You could taste the heart and soul he puts into cooking. Oumaima was wonderfully attentive, and the gracious servers and every other staff member cared for our family and guests in such a warm, personal way. It felt like family looking after family. Our guests all said this was an experience they'd carry with them forever, and no other wedding could compare. Not a single staff member ever said "no" to us. They accommodated every request, making both the planning and celebration seamless and stress-free. If you want to make a luxury hotel feel like home, this is the venue. We hosted a celebration in our own palace, and I can't imagine another place like it on earth.

The beautiful grounds and very nice staff were a bright spot during my few nights in the pool suite. The hotel is quite far from the center of Marrakech. In the peak heat, two beautiful blue macaws were kept in a very small METAL cage where they couldn't even spread their wings. I spoke to the manager and also sent an email, but never got a response. I don't understand why exotic birds from the Amazon rainforest should be imprisoned in a cramped cage in less-than-ideal climate conditions. They should really be given to a sanctuary. Seeing them there had a very negative effect on my stay.

We had a confirmed reservation but were turned away at the door. The staff were extremely unprofessional, and they clearly favor foreigners over locals. Pure discrimination. Avoid this place!
