From the start, the staff’s cold manner and lack of attention left me with a bad impression. The customer service fell well short of what I expect from a hospitality business. I raised the matter with management, but nothing effective came of it. I expected to be treated with more respect as a guest who had chosen to trust this place. I hope they take the feedback seriously and improve their service.

We didn’t stay overnight, but after a donkey ride to a waterfall we came back to find the restaurant open. The rooftop gave us an amazing view while we enjoyed the local food, which was much appreciated. They opened early to accommodate us, though that was probably more because of our driver than because of us. We’d ended up in Imlil for a day during Ramadan, after two nights in Marrakesh and deciding one day in the Souk was enough. We’d rented a van and driver to see the Atlas Mountains. The place had been closed when we were first dropped off. The ride was great since these were rest days from our cycling trip in Malaga, SP.

The views were lovely, and there was plenty of food. Service was okay until a coach load turned up, and the food quality varied. The best thing we ate was the omelette. The chicken couscous was dry and the meat tough.

The staff were really friendly, which made the disappointing meal a shame. Our chicken couscous looked good, but the couscous was soggy and the chicken was cold and dry. It was very expensive too.

We stopped here as part of a tour from Marrakech. The food was freshly made and there was plenty of it. The view from the sunroof was spectacular.
