They left us stuck inside the hostel and didn’t come to open the door until an hour after we called. What if there’d been a fire? We could have burned in there, and they didn’t even apologize.

The owner needs training in how to treat customers. He was rude and lacked the professionalism this kind of work calls for. He also refused to return the money to customers who had booked. Think carefully before booking a room here.

I paid in advance, but when I arrived I was told there were no rooms available. The owner was extremely rude and refused to refund me. It felt like a scam, and I had a horrible stay. I strongly advise against booking here. Plenty of other places will treat you with respect and honesty.
