‼️THE CORRECT LOCATION IS ON THE PICTURE BELOW‼️ We spotted this lovely place in a vlog and came up hoping to get something to eat. The walk up was worth it. As soon as we arrived, the locals greeted us with so much warmth. Even though the place looked closed, we asked if lunch was possible, and Ibrahim, the owner of the Gite, was incredibly kind. We had amazing atay and Berber Tajine, and experienced some of the best Berber hospitality of our time in Morocco. Come for the stunning views and the welcome.

I stayed for a week, and this was the best place to stay in Imlil. The owners were lovely, helpful and flexible. The rooms were comfortable and affordable, with breakfast and a private bathroom. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the center, but the peace and quiet and the mountain view from the terrace make it well worth it. I’ll definitely come back. It feels like home, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly place.

I came here alone as a 22 year old woman and had one of my best experiences. I felt safe the whole time, including during the climb. The food was amazing, and Abdelah was a really kind host who took care of everything. I definitely recommend it!

The rooms are spacious, and so is the bathroom. There are several shared spaces, including terraces where you can sit and enjoy the lovely view. Finding the place takes a bit of effort, though. Parking is free on the main road, near the first sign, in a gravel patch that fits a few cars. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk along a path, with some steps up to the accommodation, so it may be difficult for anyone with limited mobility.

The staff were so friendly, and I felt completely at ease during my stay. The food was wonderful, and the mountain view was so close and beautiful. I also asked about trekking to Toubkal, and the staff arranged a really good, kind guide for me. I hope I can visit beautiful Imlil and beautiful Mazik again, and stay at this hotel next time. Thank you so much, until next time!
