The breakfast was never a buffet. It was served in a smoky bar with poor conditions, a smell, and not much to eat. For our group, that meant losing a lot of time. The rooms weren’t clean and were very cold, and the restaurant felt far from a tourist restaurant. The elevator only fits two people, making it hard for a large group, and it stopped when we arrived to check in. This hotel is not four stars.
8/10
The rooms were comfortable and the location convenient, but my stay at Address Hotel was just okay and didn’t quite meet expectations. The service felt below the price, especially in the amenities, food, and staff attentiveness. It’s not a bad option, but the value for money falls short of what was promised.
2/10
I booked five nights but left after just one. For the price, it was a horrible experience, and nowhere near a four-star hotel. The room felt like a cheap youth hostel, the air conditioner didn’t work, traffic noise was loud, and the door only opened halfway. There weren’t any towels when I arrived. Breakfast wasn’t a buffet, just a simple meal, and restaurants offer better breakfasts for 25 DH. People are lying about how good this place is.
10/10
The staff were really helpful, and the hotel is in a great location.
4/10
The location was the only real positive, and there’s no guaranteed parking if you arrive by car. Service wasn’t anything special, and our room had no towels when we got there. It wasn’t the cheapest room, but it was bare and rather dim. Breakfast was low quality, and the facilities were only just adequate.
