Le Reflet D'Imlil

Dinner here was a highlight: we had three delicious, generous meals prepared by Said's wife, and I'd choose to eat here over any other place in town. I can't stop thinking about the chicken with preserved lemons and olives. Breakfast, which was included, was very good too. Le Reflet d’Imlil is easy to recommend. Said is a kind, generous host, and the location is great, about a 15-minute walk into Imlil. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. The views from the terrace and balcony were even better than photos can show. Communication before and after arrival was easy. We were welcomed with fresh mint tea, and Said pointed out trails we could take directly from the accommodation. Thanks to Said and family. We hope to come back one day!

Saaid and his wife looked after us with so much warmth and pleasure. I spent three days at this lodge, and the whole stay exceeded what I expected. It was clean, the service was excellent, and the views of the surrounding nature were stunning. Getting transportation to and from the lodge was easy, which made exploring the area stress-free. The food was absolutely delicious. I truly recommend it for a peaceful, enjoyable stay.

The owners were so hospitable, and the homemade food was great. Set in the middle of a Berber village, the accommodation has amazing views of the Atlas mountains. Getting there means taking an uphill dirt road, so arriving in daylight is a good idea. It's the best place I've stayed in Morocco so far.

Said knows the mountains well and helped us find trails suited to us that we could hike on our own. We loved the location: close enough to walk to Imlil for dinner, but far enough away to feel out in the countryside, with amazing mountain views. We were glad to have an SUV for the dirt road up to the hotel, though locals seemed fine driving regular cars. :)
