I loved my five nights here, and having breakfast on the rooftop terrace is a great tip. The riad’s design and the room decor are really interesting, the rooftop pool is slick, and the hammam was fantastic. The service was exceptional, breakfast was amazing, and the food at the onsite restaurant was tremendous. I can’t recommend it enough.

The rooftop views over the city were captivating, especially at night under a full moon. Dinner was full of intriguing flavours, with vegetables beautifully paired with legumes and meat. The room was spacious, fresh fruit and cookies were provided, and the interiors were very well appointed despite using what seemed like modest materials. The Riad is right in the heart of the Medina and has everything to make you feel pampered, from the delicious tea and dessert on arrival to the room setup, dinner, and breakfast. I’d recommend staying here when visiting Marrakesh.

The restaurant food and hammam were both standouts. At check-in, they give you a local phone with essential numbers and explain the neighbourhood, the hotel, and what to expect. From the moment you arrive, the service is friendly and immaculate, with every detail considered to make the experience feel special. It’s the five-star stay you want in Marrakech.

The property is beautiful, with the atmosphere you hope for in a Marrakech riad. Most of the staff were kind, warm, and accommodating, and we had a wonderful time overall. That’s a big part of why we stayed instead of looking for somewhere else. Still, the arrival and checkout experience was deeply troubling and disappointed us. At the airport, there were no signs or documents with our names, so we didn’t take the arranged transportation. On arrival, staff questioned us about it. We later learned that no driver had been assigned to our reservation in the first place. After we’d been in our room for over an hour, a staff member told us we’d been given the wrong room because she hadn’t processed our passports, a step we had reminded her about. Instead of taking responsibility, she suggested we knowingly occupied another guest’s room and called us dishonest. At checkout, we learned she’d told management we refused to show our passports. That was completely untrue and seemed like an attempt to cover her mistake. It was demeaning and showed a serious lack of integrity. She’d promised to waive the early check-in fee, but it was charged in euros as a partial discount. Breakfast, which was included in our package, was also billed. Management removed the fee after an exhausting conversation, but the breakfast charge was never resolved.
