I've stayed here twice, in February 2026 and again in May 2026, and both visits were fantastic. The service has been consistently good, which is a big reason I keep returning. On our latest visit we got there around 4:00 AM after a long journey and expected to wait for regular check-in. The manager welcomed us in and checked us in right away. They're very friendly and genuinely care about guests. We also had breakfast one morning after missing the official hours because we were running late. The staff still made sure we got fed, which says a lot about their hospitality. Downstairs, the restaurant and café are another highlight. The waiter is lovely and happy to suggest places around Azrou. His local knowledge helped us find some great spots. The property is comfortable, the staff welcoming, and the atmosphere warm and relaxing. We've looked at and visited other places around Azrou, and Auberge Jomana Park is still the best option we've found so far. We'll stay here again on our next trip.

My grandma was happy, relaxed, and comfortable throughout our stay, and seeing her smile made the trip especially meaningful. I felt happier than I had in a long time. The harira was delicious, full of flavor and comforting, like homemade Moroccan warmth in a bowl. Everything felt authentic, clean, and made with care. At Auberge Jomana in Ifrane, we found a cozy, peaceful atmosphere and thoughtful service that made us feel cared for from the moment we arrived. It felt like more than somewhere to sleep. The kindness, comfort, and calm made it feel like home. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Ifrane, especially families and people traveling with older relatives. We left with lovely memories.

The view of the mountain was beautiful, and there was a pool and playground where the kids could play while you relaxed on the king-size bed. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was good, though I wish the omelette had been bigger. I stayed over the October 2025 weekend in room 12, which hadn't really been cleaned after the previous guest. Unfortunately, there wasn't a fridge either.

We had a really good three days of training for the guides at Auberge Jomana park Azrou. It's a useful place for meetings and workshops, with a well-equipped conference room, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. The food was great, and the staff and service met our needs. Highly recommend it. A big thank you to the Jomana park staff and to the guide association in Ifrane, the tourism delegation, GIZ, and the Ifrane national park for this initiative.
