We stayed in February, but the room was freezing because there was no heating and the heaters weren’t working. A hole in the wall, apparently part of the design, couldn’t be securely closed at night. The room was very dirty, there was no room service or water, and the TV didn’t work. Towels were worn and torn. We spoke with the manager, who promised every day to fix these problems, but eventually we left the accommodation for the rest of our stay. I wish there were a negative star. The hotel should be taken out of service until urgent maintenance is done. I kept photos from those days from hell, but for some reason I couldn’t upload them to the reviews.

Loud music from the hotel bar goes on until 00.30, and my room smelled like cigarettes. There was no Wi-Fi in the room. When I had a beer at the bar, the barman kept my change and said it was his tip. Horrible hotel, better to avoid it.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times, and they’ve always upgraded me to a suite with a view. The staff are great, and it’s very good for the price.

The neighborhood gets dodgy at night and really loud late on because of the bar just downstairs from the hotel. The rooms were dirty, and they asked for fees that weren’t justified, which felt like a scam. The receptionist was rude and disrespectful. It was a very bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it. You could find much better hotels in Casablanca for better prices, or stay at my house 😊

Three stars is too much for this place. The rooms were cold and dirty, and the bed was very dirty too. Water leaked all over the bathroom, and the windows didn’t work properly. I wonder how we’re going to organize the world cup with hotels like this.
