Domo Hotel Casablanca

The room stayed hot and uncomfortable for two full days because the AC wasn't working. I reported it repeatedly, but the staff never fixed it. They kept sending technicians who clearly couldn't solve the problem, and offered no room change or other real solution. I had to chase them just to get basic attention. There was no urgency or responsibility, and my comfort didn't seem to matter. It spoiled my whole trip, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable, easy stay.

A really bad stay, and one I won't forget. There was no tissue or spoon, and only one towel in the shower. Housekeeping didn't replace the towels. Staff were very unprofessional, and the receptionists were the worst, with incorrect receipts and stay dates. They also opened room doors suddenly with a master key, at any time.

A good breakfast and large rooms, and the location worked perfectly for my business trip. Still, the hotel needs maintenance. The towels are a bit old, and the rooftop could use more attention.

The worst part was how reception handled the AC problem. I asked to move rooms, even to a lower category, and was refused. The receptionist said she'd check with her supervisor and call me back, but after waiting an hour and a half, I heard nothing. I called ten times without an answer. Eventually someone else picked up and said nothing could be done. I was in a superior room that was unbearably hot because the AC didn't work. On the first night, reception promised to send someone, but I waited over two hours and nobody came. I raised it again the next morning and was told it would be fixed. By evening, nothing had changed. When I called, they admitted technicians don't come at night, so the promise the night before had been a lie. The staff were unresponsive, communication was poor, and nobody took responsibility. I don't recommend this hotel.
