The only downsides for us were the firm bed and pillows that could use refreshing. Otherwise, it was clean, nice, and welcoming. Check-in was fine, the rooms were small but clean, and we didn’t find the location especially noisy. Reception was helpful, and breakfast came in a good portion with good coffee.

My clients were already unhappy with the food quality, poor service, and uncomfortable conditions. The medina location was another problem: the area was dirty, noisy, and busy, making it nearly impossible to sleep, and there was a strong unpleasant smell around the property. I’m a licensed tour guide in Morocco and try to make sure my clients are comfortable and looked after. Riad 91 failed to do that. When I arrived to pick them up, the receptionist wouldn’t let me park in the guest space, even though I was there to serve my clients. She treated me suspiciously, as if I planned to take them elsewhere or recommend another hotel, which wasn’t true. Her hostile, unwelcoming, and untrustworthy behavior left the worst impression. I strongly advise thinking twice before staying here. There are far better options in Casablanca where professionalism, comfort, and hospitality are respected.

I came across Ryad 91 while wandering through Casablanca’s old Medina. I only ate there, and the service was fantastic. They made me a lovely vegetarian lunch, and the coffee was great!!!! The upstairs terrace is blissful and a lovely place to sit.

The friendly staff arranged an airport shuttle, and breakfast on the rooftop was a typical Moroccan one. The Msemen were especially tasty. I had a pleasant stay at this ryad by the entrance to the medina.
