Mr. Bagui and his team gave us a warm welcome and attentive service that made us feel at home. The ftour at Royal Mansour Casablanca was one of the best in the city, with a generous selection of fresh, beautifully presented food, from traditional Moroccan dishes to more refined options.

The rooftop view is magnificent, and the elegant, beautiful decor created a pleasant atmosphere. I hope the problems were just because it was the early days of Ramadan and that things improve. I went to the Ramadan iftar on the second day, and the experience fell well below what I expected from this luxury establishment. Service was extremely slow all evening. We waited a long time to be seen, and the food took too long to arrive. My harira, usually a highlight of iftar, was flavorless and not warm. The late appetizers also disrupted the meal after breaking the fast. For my main course I chose fish meatballs, but they had almost no taste, as if there were no spices or proper seasoning. Given the venue’s reputation for quality, refinement, and perfection, the low level of service and food was especially surprising during Ramadan.

The massage was just what I needed for my upcoming race, and it was excellent, professional, and high-quality. I’m preparing for a marathon and came to Royal Mansour Hotel in Casablanca yesterday for a sports massage suited to my training. The team helped me choose the right treatment from the first phone call and arranged everything smoothly. The lobby impressed me when I arrived, and every staff member I met was warm, professional, and welcoming. The ladies at the spa were especially kind and attentive from start to finish. I’ve travelled extensively, and this felt like the best of Moroccan hospitality with elegant, world-class service. A wonderful experience, where luxury meets authenticity. Highly recommended.

We were spoiled, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. After spending thousands of dollars on a hotel, it’s rare to feel like you got a bargain, but that’s how this stay felt. My wife and I booked it for our wedding anniversary and couldn’t have been happier. The room, floral decoration, mosque view, breakfast, and even the room service food were all splendid. The staff’s service was hard to put into words. They’d attend to any request and made us feel like kings. A big thank you to everyone who made the stay so wonderful. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.
